The City of Oklahoma City is seeking a qualified professional consultant to provide research and recommendations for the City's housing policies. The City invites the submittal of written proposals for consulting services to complete the Scopes of Services described herein for the following three studies:

1. Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI),
2. a City-wide Housing Affordability Study (HAS), and
3. a Citywide Housing Market Study (HMS).

The total project budget for these three studies in aggregate is estimated at $200,000.

We envision that the three housing studies identified in this solicitation will create a new foundation of knowledge about how the current housing system works, what deficiencies and surpluses exist, and how to move forward with modern regulations, policies, and incentives that include sustainable housing for all our citizens and their families.
