EWGCOG is seeking proposals from a consultant or a team of consultants to develop a detailed plan for the Frenchtown Great Streets project. A DBE goal will be set for this project. More information about DBE participation will be provided at the mandatory pre-submittal meeting. A mandatory pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for this project at 10:00 a.m. local time on April 23, 2019. More information about this meeting can be found in Section IX of the RFP.
