The City of Martinsburg, West Virginia is searching for consultants for the rewrite of the City of Martinsburg Zoning Ordinance, adopted in 1970. This zoning ordinance rewrite and digitization will bring Martinsburg into the 21^st century and allow for development to be guided by our recently adopted 2018 Comprehensive Plan. Substantial public involvement, discussions and cooperation with other city departments will result in a well written, concise, clear, easily maintained and searchable zoning ordinance and online GIS mapping system.
