The City of Rathdrum seeks to retain a qualified consultant to provide professional services for the update to the City Comprehensive Plan.

Qualified consultants will have knowledge of the Local Land Use Planning Act of the State of Idaho and experience with developing and carrying out public outreach programs, facilitation of public meetings, compilation and analysis of information from varying sources, preparation and revision of Comprehensive Plans, and updating City Code to reflect changes to the plan.
