NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Delano ("City") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") from qualified firms to prepare a comprehensive City's General Plan and prepare the corresponding, implementing zoning ordinance update and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documentation. The City believes that its current General Plan is in need of revision to comply with the State of California's numerous changes in State Statutes that have occurred since 2005. The purpose of this RFP is to select the most qualified firm to undertake this project.
