The City of Cleveland Heights is pleased to announce the Redevelopment Plan project for the Severance Town Center Mall Site. Severance Town Center Mall is approximately 57 acres and over 600,000 square feet in size and represents the City’s largest business district. 

The City invites qualified firms to respond to the Request for Proposals (RFP) to prepare a Redevelopment Plan for the Mall, which can be found at: www.clevelandheights.com/stc

Proposals and supporting materials must be received by July 31, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
