The City of Parkville, MO. ("City") is in the beginning stages of reexamining its master plan, the official public policy and comprehensive plan for the physical development and redevelopment of the community; and invites firms to respond to this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ").

The purpose of this project is to update the Master Plan by addressing updates and changes in the community that have occurred over the past ten years, and adjust the Master Plan accordingly. The selected consultant team or firm ("Consultant") will be responsible for the management and execution of this project, including implementing quality and innovative community engagement, communicating with staff and the steering committee, and producing the required final product.
