COMPASS is seeking proposals from firms to conduct analysis and prepare a fiscal impact tool for Ada and Canyon Counties, Idaho.

The Request For Proposal (RFP) includes the project description, scope of services and submittal instructions. Appendix A, Sample Agreement is provided as a separate document.

Responses are due by 5:00 pm MDT on Monday September 30, 2019. No late submissions will be accepted.
