The City of Corpus Christi is currently accepting proposals for:

RFP 2477 — Unified Development Code (UDC) Update Project

The RFP is available on the City's Supplier Portal: www.cctexas.com/business/supplierportal

A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on October 10, 2019 at 2:00 PM CT at the City Hall Contracts and Procurement Conference Room on the 1st floor, 1201 Leopard St., Corpus Christi, Texas 78401. All Proposers are encouraged to attend.

Requests for Clarification concerning the RFP are due on October 22, 2019 before 3:00 PM CT. Proposer's questions shall be submitted in writing, online via the City's Supplier Portal using the electronic question feature, specific to this request for proposal.

Proposals are due on November 7, 2019 before 2:00 PM CT. The proposal submittal must be returned as instructed in the RFP, in a sealed envelope or box marked on the outside with the Proposer's name and address and the RFP number. Proposals must be time stamped by the closing date and time.
