The City of South Milwaukee is seeking proposals from professional engineering, design, or landscape architecture firms, individually or teamed, with experience in the design of community plazas and active public places to provide professional services for the development of public place concepts for City-owned property. The selected team will demonstrate through its response to the City of South Milwaukee that its staff possess the necessary expertise to procure designs for the park in accordance with the requirements outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The selected team is expected to work closely with City staff, City officials, community members, and local partners to develop a holistic set of designs for the site.
