The City of Parkerbsurg and Parkersburg/Wood County Home Consortium seek to establish a non-profit housing developer to provide quality, affordable housing to low and moderate income residents. The vision/mission of this new organization will be to develop and redevelop quality, affordable single-family and/or multifamily housing units in the community. In doing so, this will improve the quality of life for local residents and catalyze neighborhood reinvestment and revitalization.

The objective of this competitive process is to select a firm that will provide the highest quality of work at a reasonable fee.
