KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND

LAND USE ORDINANCE UPDATE 2020

The County Commissioners of Kent County, Maryland, a body corporate and politic and a political subdivision of the State of Maryland (the "County") is requesting proposals from qualified firms with national experience in zoning code formulation, revisions, and updates; general land use matters; and community planning, as well as Critical Area and Forest Conservation programs and requirements in the context of the State of Maryland, in order to obtain professional services in support of a comprehensive update to the text of the County's Land Use Ordinance, which also serves as the County's unified development code. Copies of the RFP are available from the Department of Planning, Housing, and Zoning between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday or on the County's website at: https://www.kentcounty.com/government/rfp.

All Bids must be made on the required bid forms. All blank spaces for bid prices must be completed in ink or typewritten, and the bid form must be fully completed and executed when submitted. One signed, original, hard copy and one digital copy of each proposal shall be submitted and delivered to: Director of Purchasing, 400 High Street, Chestertown, MD 21620, prior to 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2020.
