The Town of Harrisburg, North Carolina (“Town”) is seeking the submission of a Statement of Qualifications for Engineering and Planning firms to assist the Town in developing a Highway 49 Corridor Plan that will serve as a guide for Town officials, residents, property owners and developers in making sound land use, infrastructure, design and development decisions along the corridor.

The Town is seeking a firm whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, cost-effective and quality driven professional services to the Council and its stakeholders.
Any firm wishing to be considered must be properly registered and licensed within the state of North Carolina and have good ethical and professional standing. Pre-qualification with North Carolina Department of Transportation will be required prior to the final contract and budget approval.

Firm(s) interested in being considered for this project should submit three (3) bound copies and one (1) electronic version via email or flash drive of their Proposals no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 20, 2020.
