Honolulu Transit Comprehensive Operations Analysis

Honolulu’s transit system is being transformed by the Honolulu Rail Transit Project (HRTP). This is an unprecedented opportunity to reimagine Honolulu’s entire transit network: one that best serves the people of Honolulu – locals and visitors alike. This project shall chart the course to achieve this new and better transit network.

This project is a thorough analysis of Honolulu’s existing and future transit services.  It focuses on the customer’s needs and includes an in-depth survey of Honolulu’s transit rider travel habits. It shall collaboratively develop a Bus-Rail Integration Plan to meet those needs, and support the City with implementing those and any other plans, studies, and tasks needed to successfully achieve Honolulu’s desired transit network.
