In order to develop and update the MPO regional demographics and travel demand model including calibration/validation using recently completed MPO 2019/2020 Household Travel Survey and traffic counts, the Capital Region Planning Commission (CRPC) is seeking the professional services of a consultant to perform the activities outlined in the Request for Proposals for the MPO’s Demographics and Travel Demand Model Update.
