Regional Comprehensive Plan Consultant
RFQ/SOI No. 20-17

Pueblo County is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare a Regional Comprehensive Plan (including a Future Land Use Plan) for Pueblo County, based on extensive community input and a shared vision. The plan will guide Pueblo County's decision-making and development through the year 2040 and beyond.

The Regional Comprehensive Plan is anticipated to be a key policy and action document for Pueblo County, to be used by staff, government agencies, economic development entities, elected officials, boards and commissions, developers, property owners, and residents as a guide for future land use development, capital investments, and growth management decisions over the next 20+ years.

This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is for informational purposes only. Pueblo County may proceed with a Professional Service contract after evaluation of Requests for Qualifications and Statements of Interest.

Responses will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. MT, June 25, 2020. Our Clock. Responses must be submitted electronically to crain@pueblocounty.us on or before the date and time listed above. Responses which are received after the time and date stated above will not be considered.

To be eligible to submit a response, respondents must obtain all RFQ/SOI documents from the Pueblo County Purchasing Department, 215 W. 10th Street, Room 148, Pueblo, Colorado 81003, between of hours of 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) or by contacting the Purchasing Department via e-mail at purchasing@pueblocounty.us.
