Ashtabula County Comprehensive Plan Update
The purpose for this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from qualified consulting firms to submit their qualifications to update the Comprehensive Plan for Ashtabula County. Proposals will be accepted from individuals, firms, or groups of firms who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide a range of professional planning and recommendations for the update and review of Ashtabula County's Comprehensive Plan.
If your firm is interested in submitting a proposal, please submit three full-color hard copies and one electronic copy via USB Flash Drive in .pdf searchable format, with corresponding files clearly named.
Sealed proposals will be accepted by the Ashtabula County, Board of County Commissioners, Old Courthouse, 2nd Floor, 25 West Jefferson Street, Jefferson, OH 44047-1092 on July 7, 2020, by 2:00 p.m. ET.

Each proposal must be in a sealed envelope and the outside properly marked with Ashtabula County Comprehensive Plan Update, July 7, 2020, 2:00 p.m.
The RFP may be obtained via the internet at www.ashtabulacounty.us by clicking on the “Bid Opportunities” tab located on the left side of the screen.
The Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and the right to reject any and all proposals. The Board has the sole discretion to determine the proposal that is most advantageous to the County.
