The Tulare County Association of Governments (TCAG), as the Metropolitan Planning Organization and the Regional Transportation Planning Agency for Tulare County, is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the preparation of two reports: a Health Impact Assessment (HIA) and an Environmental Justice Report (EJR), for the 2022 Tulare County Regional Transportation Plan (RTP)/Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS).
