The City of Joshua (City) is seeking qualified persons or firms (Consultants) to submit a Statement of Qualifications demonstrating the ability to perform professional planning services on development applications on an "as needed" basis.

The City of Joshua intends to select a single Consultant to provide as needed planning services under this RFQ. The term of the contract will be two (2) years with options to extend an additional two (2) years.

Consultant(s) are expected to have expertise in multiple disciplines that are necessary in making recommendations to City staff to process development applications for residential and commercial development projects including land use, platting, historic preservation and other related professional planning knowledge and expertise. This document outlines the requirements, selection process and documentation necessary to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to this RFQ.
