The City of Horace, North Dakota is currently accepting proposals from qualified firms with expertise in zoning for leading a process resulting in the preparation of the new zoning and subdivision ordinance for the City that align with the newly adopted comprehensive plan. Proposals received via the RFP process will be reviewed by an evaluation committee comprised of City staff and selected representatives with interests in zoning matters in the City of Horace.

The deadline for the submission of proposals is Wednesday, November 25th at 12:00 PM CDT.
