The City of Hartford seeks to solicit proposals from qualified firms or teams of firms for the creation of a small area plan and corridor study for the Arrowhead Gateway project area.

The proposed plan area consists largely of an extensively studied block and the surrounding street network. It extends west and north from the intersection of Main Street and Albany Avenue to include properties fronting — Albany Avenue to Green Street and fronting Main Street to Seyms Street. The plan area also extends East to include properties fronting Ely Street.
