The Village of Pawling, New York is in search of a qualified professional planning consultant experienced with municipal comprehensive plan development and zoning, to submit a proposal to provide consulting services with respect to the update to the Village's Comprehensive Plan and the Village Zoning Code.

The current Comprehensive Plan was adopted in 1994. It is anticipated that the updated Comprehensive Plan and potential zoning changes will update the community's visions, goals, and policies regarding its future in terms of commercial vitality, residential and mixed-use development, open space, community facilities, services and infrastructure.
