Planning Period 2021-2029

The City of Irwindale is requesting proposals from consultants to prepare a Housing Element for the City of Irwindale, including other applicable General Plan Elements and regulatory documents as needed to meet the legal standards and best practices as mandated by the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). The consultant shall assist Staff with the Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA) and Housing Element update. The Safety Element is required to be updated and the new Environmental Justice Element is required.

Questions regarding this RFP should be directed via e-mail to msimpson@irwindaleca.gov.  The deadline for questions is Monday, April 12, 2021. An addendum with answers to questions will be issued by the City after this date. The proposal submittal deadline is Thursday, April 29, 2021.
