The City of Falmouth, Kentucky will accept qualifications from real estate development firms for planning, design, and development of a 39.5 acre greenfield site. Firms should submit a letter of intent and supporting information outlined in the RFQ packet.

Proposals must be received by 5:00 PM ET on Friday, June 25, 2021, to be considered.

Selection criteria will include the following:

• Real estate development experience
• Financial ability to execute the project
• Agreements with prospective tenants/end users
• Respondent's ability to utilize site for purposes which will reflect city's vision

Selection process will include the following:

• Phase One: Respondents submit RFQ statement.
• Phase Two: Some respondents may be asked to provide additional and more detailed information regarding the development planning process.
• Phase Three: The city will enter into a Preferred Developer Agreement with the selected developer.

Women and minority owned firms are encouraged to submit.

The city reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any technicalities and to negotiate with respondent who most nearly meets the project requirements. The city is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred by consultants replying to this request.
