The City of Jacksonville, Arkansas is requesting proposals for contractors to work with the City to conduct a Phase II Implementation of the outcomes of a Compatible Use Study ( formerly a joint land use study -JLUS) for the Little Rock Air Force Base region.

The Department of Defense/OLDCC has awarded the City of Jacksonville funds to conduct the Phase II Implementation Project that includes Arkansas Cities of Jacksonville, Sherwood, Cabot and others as well as the counties of Pulaski, Lonoke and White.
