The Town of Holly Springs invites qualified consulting firms to respond to a Request for Proposals to develop a Master Plan for the Northeast Gateway area, located near the future interchange of NC 540 and Holly Springs Road. The Consultant will produce the Northeast Gateway Master Plan that will guide and support development of the project area. The primary objective of the Master Plan will be to build upon the goals and objectives established in Vision Holly Springs Section 1: Land Use & Character Plan and develop those goals and objectives into a development concept and strategic implementation plan. The Town is seeking the services of a team with considerable experience in community involvement/participation, visioning, planning, design and market analysis to develop the new plan.
