The City of Salinas (City) Community Development Department is seeking proposals from qualified consultants who have expertise in architectural and structural plans to collaborate with City staff to prepare a series of pre-approved, detached Accessory Dwelling Unit plans. The City requests a project and cost proposal from qualified consultants for completing the following scope of work within a three to six (3-6) month timeframe.

Proposals are to be submitted electronically by emailing Maira Flores-Nunez, mairaf@ci.salinas.ca.us.

All submittals shall be received no later than May 24, 2021. Upon receipt, all material submitted in response to this request will become property of the City of Salinas and may be considered public information pursuant to applicable law.

Any questions regarding the RFP may be sent to Maira Flores-Nunez, mairaf@ci.salinas.ca.us until May 6th at 5:00 pm. The City will post written responses to question on this webpage on May 10th.
