The Charles County Commissioners are seeking proposals from qualified multi-disciplined planning firms to complete a Sub-Area Plan for the Bryans Road area.

The plan will analyze the Sub-Area and its various elements including land use, transportation, and the environment to create a shared vision for the Sub-Area and targeted goals, strategies and actions to achieve the vision. The plan will be community driven and build upon existing community character while expressing the desires of the Bryans Road community for their future.

This plan should be developed as a completely new plan, rather than simply an update to the existing Bryans Road-Indian Head Sub-Area Plan, adopted in 2001.
