REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Joint Land Use Study Implementation Phase III
Southern Maine Planning and Development Commission seeks the services of a qualified consultant team to assist with the ongoing implementation of the Kittery and Portsmouth Naval Shipyard's 2019 Joint Land Use Study (JLUS) . The effort is funded through the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC), Department of Defense and supports long-term sustainability and operability of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS)

Proposals MUST BE EMAILED electronically to ryoung@smpdc.org no later than 4:00PM August 29, 2022.The subject line of the email should read "SMPDC/Kittery/PNS Compatible Use Implementation Grant."

Questions will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on August 15th, 2022. Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the scope of services shall be addressed and posted here, on the SMPDC website. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone.
