The City of Omaha is seeking proposals for an experienced and qualified consultant or consultant team to help Omaha create a climate action and resilience plan. The plan will establish clear, science-based targets, goals, and strategies that serve as a roadmap for Omaha to equitably achieve and exceed climate action and resilience goals.

Omaha is a diverse, engaged, growing regional metropolitan city. We aim to be innovative leaders, ensuring the well-being and resilience of the community and resources for current and future generations. The proposal should integrate climate action and resilience planning into ongoing efforts by Omaha's community and energy partners and the City's local planning and regulatory framework. This RFP is to contract for these services.
