The City of Worthington, Minnesota (the "City") is seeking proposals from qualified multi-disciplinary firms to prepare an updated Comprehensive Plan. The City seeks firms with expert knowledge of planning in diverse communities and small cities. Responses are due no later than February 23, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.

The City seeks development of a stream-lined plan with achievable goals. Engaging residents will be a key component of this process and the City seeks innovative ways to engage minority residents. Primary topics of the plan will include Land Use/Zoning, Housing, Transportation, Parks, Public buildings and Recreation, Economic Development, Natural Resource Management, and Utilities.
