The City of New Haven, acting through the City Plan Department, seeks proposals from a team of specialists to assist in the community engagement aspects of the 2035 Plan of Conservation Development, Equity and Resilience. We envision this to consist of defining the engagement and communication strategy and overseeing implementation a broad-reaching effort to meaningfully engage residents in participation and leadership of the plan.

The Consultants will work under the guidance of the City Plan staff and Comprehensive Plan steering committee. There is a separate RFQ for consultant services for data analysis, conducting a visioning process, and development of the Plan document located on the City of New Haven's Purchasing website.

Prospective consultants are invited to respond to either or both RFQ's. The City encourages cooperative proposals.
