The City of New Haven, acting through the City Plan Department, seeks proposals from a team of specialists to assist in the development of the 2035 Plan of Conservation, Development, Equity, and Resilience. We envision this to consist of data analysis, conducting a visioning process, and development of the Plan document.

The Consultants will work under the guidance of City Plan staff and the Comprehensive Plan steering committee. There is a separate RFQ for community engagement consultant services located on the City of New Haven's Bonfire site.

Prospective consultants are invited to respond to either or both RFQ's.

The City encourages cooperative proposals.
