Downtown Tulsa Partnership in Tulsa, OK is seeking Proposals from qualified respondents to facilitate development of an investment plan that will guide the development and continued maintenance of this important commercial area over the next 10 years. This project includes two main deliverables:

  1. A Capital Improvement Framework to guide investment and public realm improvement in Downtown for at least 10 years aligned with existing, projected and potential public and private investment opportunities; and
  2. An analysis of Priority Investment Areas within Downtown identified through research, market dynamics, development potential and an understanding of existing assets and opportunities.

Each deliverable should be guided by community and stakeholder engagement curated in partnership with the project team at Downtown Tulsa Partnership.

Proposals should include a cover letter, list of experience and qualifications, a scope of work that includes at minimum quarterly deliverables and a general timeline of community engagement, as well as a total cost for all services. Submissions can include optional or additional scope of work with associated costs if desired. This will be a fixed cost project, and as such any proposals that include time and expense items (e.g., travel and printing) should be kept to a minimum.
