The City of Madison, IN is soliciting proposals from potential experienced firms capable of providing a modernized stormwater management ordinance that contains sections that address stormwater quality, stormwater quantity management, and construction standards for the City of Madison, Indiana. Sealed proposals shall state on the outside of the envelope the company’s name and address and be labeled "Stormwater Ordinance Update Proposal", addressed to the attention of the following:

Proposals may also be hand delivered to Madison City Hall.

Proposals received later than 3:00 PM on September 18, 2023 Eastern Standard Time will not be considered.

The City of Madison, IN will consider all the evaluation information obtained during the competitive negotiation process. The City of Madison, IN reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in part or in full for any reason. The City also reserves the right to change, cancel, or re-issue this RFP at any time. This RFP does not obligate the City of Madison, IN to pay any costs incurred by the respondents in the preparation and submission of a proposal, nor does it obligate the City to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services.
