The Village of Hoffman Estates, Illinois, is requesting proposals from qualified professional planning and transportation consultants, firms, and individuals to collaboratively create a multimodal transportation plan for the Village.

The project's goal is creating a multimodal transportation plan that builds from and updates existing Village transportation plans including the 2010 Comprehensive Bicycle Plan. The plan should be forward-thinking and include recommendations for measurable action steps that will improve the pedestrian, bicycle, and transit networks and links between all modes of transportation in the Village. An additional component of the project is the establishment of a comprehensive multimodal asset management program that will assist the Village in making strategic multimodal transportation investments.
