The City of Campbell is seeking the services of a consultant, or consultant team, that is experienced with the preparation of Area Plans, Specific Plans, or Precise Plans with a focus on community engagement, urban design, transportation improvements, financial analysis, fee studies, review of environmental impacts, writing reports and presenting options, methodology, and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
