City of Maumee, Ohio City of Maumee, in Lucas County, Ohio is requesting written Requests for Qualifications and Proposal (RFPQ) from land use planning consulting firms to prepare a comprehensive update to the Community Master Plan.

Potential consultants should become intimately aware and familiar with "Strong Towns" concepts and the principals espoused by this movement. The chosen consultant will facilitate stakeholder and community engagement sessions, prepare a robust data assessment. The consultant will address a wide range of city-identified challenges through an implementable action plan that details annual priorities, timelines, responsible parties, and possible funding sources.
