A Request for Proposals (RFP) for environmental consulting services to prepare and Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration and associated technical studies for the Meridian Village Project (Tentative Map 2022-2, Site & Architectural Review 2022-15). The project proposes to subdivide a 12.75-acre parcel into 5 individual lots, with a total of 219 multifamily units (townhome-style condominiums and apartments), as well as a recreation center and private park area.
