Hudson County Division of Planning is seeking professional services in creating its Vision Zero Safety Action Plan and Community Engagement Plan! The division has commenced a Vision Zero Task Force to achieve the goal of zero roadway fatalities and serious injuries and is looking to develop a comprehensive understanding of the state of the roads in Hudson County. Professional help is sought for multiple task related to Hudson County Vision Zero including but not limited to; developing a High Injury Network, assessing crashes effects on communities with an emphasis on underserved communities, and establishing a timeline for priority projects and strategies.

The RFP also includes provisions seeking professional help engaging with the community regarding Hudson County Vision Zero and creating meaningful dialogue and input for recommended policies and projects.
