The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) invites you to attend an informational session on the Southern Nevada Strong (SNS) Regional Policy Plan Update and the Nevada Government Marketplace (NGEM) system for submitting applications.

This event is open to all organizations who are interested in submitting a project proposal, either as a prime consultant or as subconsultants that can carry out components of the project. Subconsultants will be able to share their capabilities statements during the meeting as time permits.

The SNS Plan is a sustainable regional growth strategy rooted in equity for all Southern Nevadans. Proposed SNS Plan Update components include a regional housing analysis, scenario planning, plan development, graphic design, community engagement, and consensus facilitation.
