The Metropolitan Council will be soliciting in the near future proposals for a Metropolitan Highway System Harms Study.

This study intends to identify the types and levels of long-term impacts of the Minnesota Metropolitan Highway System on adjacent communities and populations. Both qualitiative and quantitive research and analysis including many factors in the social determinants of health will be a part of this project.

A full RFP will be posted later in February.
