The City of Rochester's Community Development Department invites proposals from qualified individuals and firms to lead the review and update of the City's Comprehensive Plan.
The review and update of the Planning 2 Succeed Rochester 2040 Comprehensive Plan will address existing conditions that have changed since the plan's initial adoption in 2018. This update will also review growth trends, update and improve applicable visuals, and provide updated data and figures. The City of Rochester is not looking for an overhaul of the current plan. A full scope of work can be found in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals are due by Friday, April 5th, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.
