RFSOQ Title: COLLIERVILLE 2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

PURPOSE:

The intent of the Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) is to obtain submittals from and the services of qualified consulting firms to conduct a thorough analysis of the Town's in-depth analysis of the Town's current demographic, economic, environmental, physical, and land use conditions and facilitate a robust public engagement process to develop a comprehensive plan. The resulting comprehensive plan shall provide guidance and standards for the Town's sustainable growth, utility and transportation infrastructure needs, and strategies for the expansion of natural resources and recreational facilities. This plan will also be used to determine strategies for economic development resources and industries as deemed beneficial to the Town.

Complete RFSOQ packages are available from the Procurement Division, 500 Poplar View Parkway, Collierville, TN 38017, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Interested parties may visit the Procurement Division's Bid and RFP webpage at https://www.colliervilletn.gov/government/general-services/open-bids-217 for further solicitation information and to obtain the project's official RFSOQ distribution form by clicking on the RFSOQ number. Please Note: As a part of doing business with the Town of Collierville, Tennessee, each individual, company or organization is required to obtain a Vendor Number to reference when requesting a copy of any RFSOQ.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE AND TIME:

All sealed proposals must be received and time stamped on or before WEDNESDAY, JULY 16, 2025, 2:00:00 P.M. (LOCAL TIME) in the office of the Finance Director, 500 Poplar View Parkway, Collierville, Tennessee 38017, at which time or soon thereafter the proposers' names will be publicly read aloud in the Town Board Chambers.
