The Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG) is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide transportation planning services to create and update the Brazos Valley 5-year Regional Coordinated Transportation Plan.

Proposals for RFP 25-101 will be accepted until 3:00 pm CDT, August 21, 2025.

BVCOG reserves the right to reject any/all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities, and to otherwise proceed when in the best interest of BVCOG.
