The City of Durham Planning and Development Department has issued an RFP for consultant services for the Durham City-County Open Space Plan.

The City of Durham Planning and Development Department invites firms to submit proposals for consulting services for the development and creation of the Durham City-County Open Space Plan. The project scope includes open space planning, conservation planning, public participation and engagement and policy recommendations. The City seeks to engage both City of Durham and Durham County residents during this planning process. The Durham City-County Open Space Plan's will operate under the planning jurisdiction for the City of Durham and Durham County.
