This Request for Proposals (RFP) has been prepared by the City of Geneva in order to solicit competitive proposals from qualified consultants to assist the City with an update of its Comprehensive Plan and its Zoning and Subdivision regulations.

The intent is to update and consolidate past planning efforts into one actionable and user-friendly plan that will guide development and redevelopment for the next 10 to 15 years.

The City also seeks to update and consolidate its zoning and subdivision regulations into a Unified Development Ordinance to quickly implement and ensure conformance with the updated Comprehensive Plan.
