Professional Consulting Services for Comprehensive Plan for the City of Lewes, DE

Submittals Due: Friday, September 26, 2025, at 3:00 pm EST

Proposals

Proposals may be submitted either electronically or in hard copy as follows:

• Electronic submissions shall be sent via email to the City Planner at jcornwell@ci.lewes.de.us with "PROPOSAL FOR 2027 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN" in the subject line, along with the name of the submitting firm. All RFP documents shall be included as email attachments.
• 2 Hard copies shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and may be hand-delivered to the City of Lewes, 114 E. Third St., Lewes, DE 19958. Each signed proposal envelope shall include the name and address of the firm. If sent by mail, the sealed proposal envelope shall be enclosed in another envelope addressed to City Planner, Janelle Cornwell, The City of Lewes, DE, PO Box 227, LEWES DE, 19958.

All submittals shall be received no later than 3:00 pm EST on Friday, September 26, 2025.

LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The City of Lewes may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all proposals and accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
