The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (TCRPC) is pleased to announce a new procurement opportunity for interested and qualified firms to assist the City of East Peoria in inventorying its storm sewer infrastructure and assessing the extent to which this infrastructure contributes to erosion and siltation issues affecting surface transportation.

Questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted in writing to rfp-rfq@tricountyrpc.org no later than 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Responses to all submitted questions will be posted publicly on TCRPC's Procurement Opportunities webpage.

Submissions are due no later than noon (12:00 p.m.) on Monday, September 29, 2025. Submittals received after this deadline will not be considered. Please provide one digital copy to rfp-rfq@tricountyrpc.org. Hard copies are not required.
