The Town of Castine, in collaboration with other Peninsula towns and in partnership with HCPC, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to execute the scope of work for three separate housing-related projects that will service Hancock County's Blue Hill Peninsula.

The projects within this RFP are part of the Peninsula's continued effort to identify new opportunities for housing. The objectives of these projects are to create and diversify the supply of targeted housing on the Peninsula; to accelerate the development of accessory dwelling units (ADUs); and to design a developer attraction plan.
